Asia Pacific Groups (APG) was established and incorporated in the State of California in June 1987 as a subsidiary of HMW & JK Enterprises, Inc.
The company was organized initially to do business in real estate investment, development, brokerage and finance. In 1992, the company started to develop mortgage banking along with a mortgage brokerage business. A special emphasis was put into short term commercial and equity lending. The total funding for the first year was $150,000,000 and expanded rapidly to $600,000,000. In 2009 the company expanded into property management with emphasis on the San Francisco Peninsula and East Bay.

Ms. Mona Hsieh was born in Hong Kong and raised in Oakland, CA. A graduate of University of California, Berkeley (B.A. in Psychology), Mona is a licensed broker with over twenty years experience in residential properties sales in the San Francisco Bay Area representing buyers and sellers, specializing in multi-units income properties, luxury residential properties and new construction projects. She also manages multiple investment firms and their income properties. Proficient in multiple languages and active in East Bay communities, Mona is perceptive to clients’ needs and has exceptional analytical skills, her clients often benefit from the greatest investment returns.
Mona is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Bay East Association of Realtors.

Tony is a native of San Francisco born and raised in the Richmond District, and living most of his adult life in the Sunset District. Attending Alamo grammar School, Presidio Middle School, George Washington High School, later graduating with an AA degree from CCSF and a BA from SFSU in business and marketing. Tony worked in the optical industry as a wholesaler of prescription eyewear covering Northern California and Nevada. With less travel he made a career change and worked at Nationwide Papers selling large format printing paper to commercial print shops till Nationwide closed in 2004.
In high school and college, Tony earned extra money painting, cleaning, and hauling for a few real estate companies property management divisions. Growing up around the real estate business, it was only natural for him to get his real estate license, and pursue a career in selling real estate.
